Well, that is Christmas over for another year! I hope you all had a brill time & got lots of lovely presents.
Chester enjoyed himself travelling over to Belfast on the boat!
He got a drastic hair-cut on Christmas Eve lol.. and he loved opening his pressies from Santa
Chester met his Uncle Charkey who is 17 years old, only has 1 eye and is blind and half-deaf. He was surprisingly tolerant of Chester bounding up round him!
Oh and Chester also discovered standing up on his back legs to reach the table to steal food! Naughty pup, we couldn’t help but laugh at him tho
(excuse the bad lighting in the pic!).
Chester on Christmas Day with Gary & I.
I got so many lovely presents from everyone, including lots of lovely baking & cooking books from Gary!
And some scrummy looking Hotel Chocolat goodies from Gary – I can’t wait to try that Gingerbread Liquid Chocolate yum!!
So, a fun but tiring Christmas was had by us all as we had loads of visiting & travelling to do! I am glad to be back to our own wee house now and can’t wait to start baking!!!!

Hi there – glad you liked Belfast (you're doing a good job for the Northern Ireland Tourist Board)and the wheaten bread is good, did you try Veda bread? another special bread from here, toasted with cheese or banana on top! I posted 6 Veda loaves to Northumberland last week because number 2 son didn't get over here at christmas with the adverse weather.
Hope you had a great Christmas. Your dog is the cutest!
ooooooh looks like you did well!
