This is actually a proper WIAW (ie what I ate on a Wednesday!). Here is yesterday’s feast (ahem!).

At lunch time I was really hungry, but just had no inspiration what to eat (apart from a chip butty!) so I ended up having raw carrot and pepper with hummus:
Afternoon snacks were a nakd gingerbread bar (my favourite so far!) and a handful of almonds:
I really enjoyed my dinner of spinach, quinoa, onion, pepper, brocolli, grated carrot and an avocado chopped on the top. V tasty:
However, half way through dog class in the evening I started getting bad stomach pains – I think the avocado wasn’t quite ripe enough to eat…
I was OK once I got home and lay down.
That was my first day of eating all raw food (apart from the quinoa). I’m not sure I could do it everyday..
I have just finished reading “The Raw Food Detox Diet“. I enjoyed it and it re-inforced the reasons why I want to try and eat more raw foods but I found the recipe ideas a bit rubbish. I’m still massively lacking inspiration for raw, veggie meals…. I never was a big fan of salad lol..
Oh, and I’m dying for a cupcake………………………… xx

I definitely think you need to eat about 3/4 times that amount if that is what you are going to eat or you will waste away, but do admire you for the willpower!!!!
Ooh you're being so good, this is one diet I definitely could not do! Although I did just buy some houmus and raw carrot from Tesco to have for my lunches this week
When I eat predominantly raw, I need to eat A LOT of fruit to feel satisfied. As in at least 8 or 10 servings per day. If you're going to try raw (which might not be your goal, but just in case), I think that you'll need to increase your fruit consumption and calories in general, otherwise you're going to be very hungry! Your juice looks very refreshing…the only way that I can drink green juice is if it has an apple juice base, so I think I'd love your version!
I do love raw food but don't think I could ever stick to a complete raw food diet 100%. I like to mix things up a little bit.
Yummy eats! I love snacking on almonds..theyre so good!
There are some GORGEOUS raw recipe books out there! I cant think of the names off hand but i've seen oodles in the bookstores! =) Hope you find a good one! or a great raw blog with lots of recipes too – that could be perfecto =)
Happy WAIW!
I love those gingerbread bars but have not had one in ages- I have been having the cocoa ones instead.
I've read the raw food detox diet too and its a bit uninspired! Have you checked out the recipe sections on the blogs I emailed you with? They are so much better I think
I love raw food but I know for me I need a good balance of raw and cooked, especially as the weather gets colder! I try and just listen to my body as much as possible! That quinoa salad does look so good!
