About a month ago (yes I'm slow in updating this blog!) Bec treated me to afternoon tea at Cloud 23 in the Hilton Hotel in Manchester for my birthday treat. Afternoon tea is my new favourite hobby! I can't believe it is July already and we are still having rain nearly every day.... :( ! Anyway, I enjoyed some good books during June. Here they are: The Colour Purple by Alice Walker Source - Recommended as someone's favourite ever book on Twitter! This was a good wee read. I can't believe it was written so long ago - 1982.
