…I made: some double chocolate cupcakes – moist chocolate sponge topped with the most delicious chocolate buttercream and white chocolate shavings….! They taste AMAZING, like biting into a cloud! I therefore shall rename them Chocolate Cloud Cupcakes!

…I have been irritated by: Someone not turning up for an appointment… Grrrr… I shall just have to have another cupcake…
