Oh man, rhubarb. That's where it's at. Especially in a baked good!
My mother used to make this strawberry rhubarb pie…it was amazing.

These look so tasty…I love Rhubarb in a bake! The wholemeal flour substitution sounds good too and I love the sugar on the top!

Hmmmmmm, I LOVE rhubarb, those muffins look delicious especially with the sugar on top. Can't believe what a bargain you got with the rhubarb, it always seems dead expensive which is why I hardly ever make anything with it. I made rhubarb and custard muffins once which would have been a lot nicer if I hadn't burnt them!

Mmmm I want to make these now! I hate fruit scones too, you hardly ever see plain ones in cafes, I always end up picking the fruit out and leaving it in a pile on the side of my plate. The only scones I've ever made are baileys & choc chip, I will have to try some proper ones soon.

Exciting! Is it wrong that I actually like the light shades?! I went away with my grandparents in their caravan lots when I was little, it was so much fun! Can't wait to see it when you've finished doing it up!
